Tom Clark (Tulsa) – is the owner and Chairman of Tulsair and is a former Chairman of the Board of Regents of Oklahoma. Mr. Clark was appointed by Governor Frank Keating in March 2001 for a seven-year term. Mr. Clark graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. After serving as a flight instructor in the Air Force, he joined the family business, Tulsair, in 1968, and, in 1986 he became the sole owner and President and Chief Executive. The company has three Aircraft Sales and Maintenance facilities covering a six-state region. In addition to serving the Tulsa community as President of the Tulsa Boy's Home, a Board member of the The Salvation Army and as a patron of numerous civic and charitable events, Regent Clark helps shape the aviation industry through several committees. He currently serves on the Oklahoma Film Commission, is a member of the Oklahoma Business Roundtable and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Tulsa Aerospace Alliance.
