Russell Evans

Dr. Russell Evans is a distinguished fellow at the E Foundation. Dr. Evans holds his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics from Oklahoma State University, and works regularly with civic leaders to better understand fiscal impact, regional economic forecasting, and local tax incidence.

He routinely presents to audiences such as:

• Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce Economic Outlook Luncheon
• Leadership Oklahoma City
• Leadership Oklahoma
• Oklahoma City Council
• Oklahoma Society of Certified PublicAccountants
• Downtown Rotary.

The work of Dr. Evans and his colleagues have appeared in The Economist, Kiplinger’s and The Wall Street Journal.

Dr. Evans is a member of the American Economic Association, the National Association for Business Economics, and the Missouri Valley Economic Association.

He lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, three beautiful daughters, and two young sons.
