Rob McLaughlin earned a BBA in Marketing from TCU and joined the family business, Advance Food Company, in 1995. Throughout his 18-year tenure at Advance, Rob held leadership roles in Retail Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and finally as the leader of the Sales and Marketing team where he served through the merger in 2010 that created AdvancePierre Foods. Rob continued with AdvancePierre Foods, serving as Senior VP of Strategic Accounts and Business Development before leaving the company in April of 2013 to establish Square Deal Capital. In addition to facilitating allocation and consolidating reporting for the family members, the company deploys assets in a variety of directed and managed strategies including: public equities, commercial real estate; private equity; real estate development, and fixed income. Rob currently serves on The Board of Trustees for Westminster School in Oklahoma City, McLaughlin Family Foundation. Rob is also a member and serves on the Board of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) where he has served as the Membership Officer and currently serves as the Assistant Education Officer.
